Online Courses:

For the courses in the post-production pathway, we offer both in-person and online sections. For students choosing to take the online courses, they will need access to a computer that meets the following minimum technical requirements. Please include this information in your course notes for the online sections.

·         2.3 GHz processor
·         8 GB of Memory (RAM)
·         256 GB of storage
·         At least 25 MBPS Internet service
·         Graphics Card with ability to view 1280 X 720 resolution
·         Webcam and microphone for Zoom calls
·         The latest version of QuickTime player should be installed

Refund Policy

All refund/withdrawal requests must be provided in writing to continuingeducation@gcsu.edu.  Failure to attend a course DOES NOT constitute a formal withdrawal and will not result in a refund.  Refund eligibility is determined by the date of the refund request relative to the start date of the course/certificate program:

Cancellation requests received more than 8 days prior to course state date qualify for a 100% refund.

Cancellation requests received between 4 and 7 days of the course start date qualify for a 75% refund.

Cancellation requests received 3 days or less before the course’s start date receive No Refund.

A $35 fee will be assessed for returned checks and stop payments.

Please allow up ten (10) business days for cash refunds to be processed. Credit card payment refunds will be processed within three (3) business days and credited to the card used for payment. Payments made by check will be refunded within thirty (30) business days. Refunds will only be issued to the payer and a receipt will be emailed to the email address on file when the refund is processed.  For questions about all refunds, transfers, withdrawals, and cancellations, please contact the registration office at 478-445-5277.
