Yoga (Wednesday Evening)

With its slow, rhythmic stretching and flexing, Yoga is ideal for everyone who wants to improve his or her overall health. Yoga is gentle, fights common ailments, reduces joint stiffness and pain and increases muscle strength and tone and balance. You will get a complete workout and experience feelings of relaxation and peace. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a large towel or padded mat. A signed waiver of liability is required. Minimum age is 18 years.

Notes:Please bring a mat or thick towel to class. Minimum age is 15 yrs.
