Yoga (Monday Morning)
With its slow, rhythmic stretching and flexing, Yoga for Health is ideal for everyone who wants to improve his or her overall health. Yoga is gentle, fights common ailments, reduces joint stiffness and pain and increases muscle strength and tone and balance. You will get a complete workout and experience feelings of relaxation and peace. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a large towel or padded mat. A signed waiver of liability is required. Minimum age is 15 years.
